For those coming to SA to visit it should not affect you unless you plan on parking several days on a residential street. Most of the sites and attractions have separate parking lots you can park in. When I first purchased my Class A we kept it parked in the driveway for 30 days while I poured a pad and drive to the side of our yard. Kept the RV behind the fence for 10 years and no one said a thing. So if you are worried just look up our city codes, I did.
