Common problem, with the newer trucks. Hopefully you can adjust pin box, and have a hitch with some adjustment. Even with adjustment, you still need to maintain 6"s of bed rail clearance.
If only a couple inches nose high, it may tow just fine. If not, about the only solution is to raise the trailer.
