well, since you dont have the factory prep, you could install under bed rails and use the superglide and this SHOULD make it lower than someone with factory prep that has to use a pic frame adapter (thereby raising the hitch 2 inches). Check out post here by Mopar_Mudder as he took measurements with pic frame adapter...most that go this route tend to be nose high with the superglide:
