6.6 duramax vs 6.0 powertroke
looking to buy a '06.5 Chevy 6.6 duramax or '06 Ford 6.0 powerstroke. Seems I get a little more pazzaz with the Ford. Which one has better reputation for reliability?

Bought a brand new loaded 6.0- when it ran it was awesome!
After 58 days in the shop within the first year of ownership I was tickled to have Ford pick it up and send me a check for it.
Why anyone would even consider purchasing a 6.0 is beyond me! My issue cost me nothing because it was all covered under warranty- minus the inconvenience of being stranded three times with my trailer, and the loss of the truck...
Under no circumstance would I ever recommend anyone consider a used 6.0- and I respect and admire the Ford Company. Fact is- the motor is a piece of junk!
