6mpg. 30 gal tank
On my 2002 Chevy Express I have a 30 Gallon tank and get 6mpg towing. I'm stopping for gas too often following the don't pass gas below a quarter philosophy. Is there a way, is it practical to install...

I don't like to run mine lower than quarter tank, not because I am afraid of running out of gas, but rather I like enough gas to help keep the in tank fuel pump cooler (they are cooled by the fuel and if it gets low, they run hotter, which can shorten the life.
Agree with others, crawl under and see if you have space, then check wrecking yards, etc that might have a bigger tank, perhaps a different year vehicle that has bigger tank that will fit..
