I was told A/C could not be used, and friends who have stayed by the lake warned it was a single receptacle. Still, I paid for electric, I hoped I could at least make coffee. 87 volts when it first...

No, it is not just a question of SURGE,you need protection for many issues. Which is my point of the post....can you trust that CG your plugged in to??

I see a lot of questions on here about "do I really need?"..thought I would post the proof that an ounce of prevention may save a lot of headaches. I see a lot of TT around me...how many are running fridge,etc...under power.
