I recently upgraded to a Stearns & Foster memory foam hybrid/. It has both memory foam and inner springs. Their memory foam is more quick to recover when you move, so for me it does not give that "stuck" or sunk in sensation that the tempurpedic does that I personally don't like. I know some swear by them though. The S&F was a good blend for me.
