I can understand your concern for your DW by herself. Unfortunately, the same jerks will still be right next door whether you complain or not. Even drunks can notice that you're not there. I would insist with the management that the drunks be evicted or I would leave. I was in a similar situation in a state park while I was a tent camper. Tent campers next door start drinking around 10 AM and cranking the car stereo. I complained to the ranger on duty. DW heard them saying a few things around the campfire about us. We packed up and left, stopped at the ranger station on the way out, told them why and got a refund.
Regardless of what you do this weekend, I would hope that you complain loud and long to the owners after you leave and post reviews wherever you can (rvparkreviews.net, yelp, etc.)
I can understand that owners/managers like to keep the money rolling in however they can. I can't understand why the drunks don't save some of their money by just drinking in their own back yards until they pass out.
