OP here, thank you all for your comments. I am all for having a good time and I understand one must be tolerant of others in a public place. My good times do not infringe on others environment in a negative manner. I try to be humble with my presence and not have my good times erode into other folks “space”.
I have camped for 40 plus years and hundreds of nights over the last five years. We are so looking forward to hitting the road come Nov. 1st, when I retire. After last night I had doubts whether or not the $100,000+ investment for a new TV/5er combination was as good an idea as I once thought it was.
In all my camping years I have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people. Hopefully my experience with the “clueless wonders” mentioned in my OP will not be the norm. May peace be with you all.
