Are in an RV or car?
I would think you are pulling a #2.
I don't worry too much about what is behind me unless I'm going below the speed limit.
The only time I see the 'left' turn signal is generally on big semi's as a 'thank you' as I have flashed them that it's OK to pull back over when the pull in front of me after passing.
If I'm going slower on a two lane road when I'm in the coach, I will pull over at the first opportunity to let the string of cars/trucks pass me.
