How many Americans and others ,how many RVers have not touched a blade of grass, went fishing or hunting or exploring or gotten more than 200 ft from the pavement, sidewalk etc, or tourist spot. How m...

I don't see it as exclusive to one type of camping, I do both. Visiting family I take the RV to a RV park close as possible usually in a city. I enjoy going to the wilderness even more but it depends on the situation.
