LOL. I was just reading another thread about a poor guy that saw a "lady" relieving herself in the middle of the road! OMG! I'll so take a little Skunk smell! At least the smell goes away. There are things you can't unsee! :B
Despite the lingering smell (which was mostly gone by the time we left today) the place was great! The rangers did a evenhanded job at controlling the chaos of a totally packed campground on Friday and Saturday, by 11P the place was quiet enough to enjoy a good nights sleep or hang by the campfire... On Sunday morning the place emptied out like there had been an evacuation order and we had a private corner all to ourselves for the last night.
Stink and all, it's a weekend we will remember for a lot more of the positives than the negatives. And, we've got pretty good story to tell around the campfire...
