Acme Tow Dolly
Has anyone had experience, good or bad, with using a ACME Tow Dolly with surge brakes? I am considering purchasing one for my Class B+ to tow about 4000 lbs. Thank you Ron Moved to Dinghy Towi...

I would look at this one, if I were to buy a new dolly. I have looked at the Acme videos, and I just don't care much for it.
IMO, the American Dolly has the "best bang for the buck" of any I have seen.
However, the old Demco Kar Kaddy that I bought used does the job just fine.
It might pay to check your local craigslist and see what is available. It is always possible to find a good buy on one of the "high-priced" dollys!
