My 2.5 year old ADCO top of their line cover is crumbling on south and West sides. I am in Kentucky, its parked out in a lot far from trees or anything. No chemical plants or power stations anywhe...

Seems that ADCO covers either last for a decade or more or don't last thru the warranty period...
Here is mine after about 10 years..
I've got the same cover in the shed now, and will probably use it for one more winter and go from there...
It ain't pretty, but it keeps the trailer clean, and that's what matters to me..
I know you are in full sun with yours, and that's not the same as my deal, so I wish you luck in finding a solution that works for you..
