Most would recommend against this idea. This much weight that far back will definitely change the towing characteristics of your trailer. You will need to make significant hitch adjustments to counter this.
Also, there is no way to just bolt some kind of platform to the rear bumper of your trailer. The bumper will not hold the weight OR the forces caused by bouncing while towing. (even bicycles can cause problems just bolted to the rear bumper)
You will need to weld your platform directly to the trailer frame and also add extra support pieces to safely hold 2 generators and gas cans.
My opinion: not a good idea. Find somewhere else to carry your generators - like in the bed of your truck.
Hopefully others will chime in with more positive ideas for you.
