We just sold our 2004 Keystone Outback on Craigslist for $3500 more than the dealer wanted to give us on trade in and $1500 less than we bought it for 5 years ago. Sold in 2 hours (didn't ask enough) to the first caller. That means it cost us $300 a year to use it, we are extremely pleased.
