Have you made her completely aware of the downsides of not having any transportation besides the motorhome? That would be my biggest concern. She might be fine for a couple weeks, but if she starts going for longer periods it could be an issue that hasn't been given full consideration.
To me, if just one person, small is ideal. She needs to look at different sizes and see what floats her boat. Shorter is more versatile, but longer may work better for her.
