BUYING a MH, especially a new one, is a terrible investment for a rookie !

Tell her to take a few more trips in rental units. Try to rent different from different manufacturers or at least different models from the same manufacturer.

If you can't convince her to rent, then I gave new comers the same advice.

• Start used, hopefully less than 5 years old
• Start small (Class C <24')
• After 2 or 3 year, that person will have a much better idea of what they really want
