My pressure washer has different heads for various applications and they use a standard thread. So a 90 degree plumbing elbow worked great for a particular application. But be aware that the sideways pressure makes it more difficult to control the nozzle.
I think this is what you want. You could extend the wand as long as needed and combined with a small wheeled device for support reach all areas under the rig without concern for the sideways pressure.
