Based on what was posted, I agree with this comment. Taking a part here or there from another unit is one thing, major damage from lightning is something else altogether. Also sounds like there was a delay with the insurance company. That wouldn't be the fault of the rv dealer.
On the surface, the only problem I would have with the dealer is the fact if you buy a new unit from them you might be getting a rig that had been stripped for parts and then re-assembled piece by piece. Not sure that I would that advertising that they strip stock units for parts is a sound business strategy.
