I treat my insomnia with my kindle, I turn on a talk show and just listen to it and eventually fall asleep. It has a turn off sleep function. I found that if I have something else to listen to I can turn off the inside noise. LOL. Public Stations like NPR work better than political talk shows because I get mad at what I hear on them. If I have to take anything, I take 2 aspirin and warm milk. It sounds crazy but it really works.
Better than taking medications that may in a few years produce side effects.
