Clearly the ring is in the wrong place. Just think of all the positive uses if it were centered over the pipe..

Exactly my first thought! Another prime example of someone working in the camping/RV business that has never went camping.

Installed by the same worker who puts campsite number markers close so close to the road and directly across from sites, just like adding a tree exactly where you don't need one.

Well if the fire gets out of control just lift the big hose and pull the handle.:E
