Ok, Canada is not alone. I don't know how many other countries, don't have guns, except for hunting, but having been to Australia, I'm quite sure about them, they don't & their hunting regulations for use of guns are more strict than those in Canada.
& remember, they have scads and scads of rabbits. Humans brought rabbits to Oz, so they lack natural wildlife enemies. Re. rabbits, remember saying: "breed like rabbits".
