Sep 17, 2013With all due respect, the comment about paying a premium to insure a quality product is one of the silliest things I've heard in a long time.
We won't see an increase in quality until there is some real competition in the marketplace.
One only needs to look at the auto industry today to see how the domestic automakers can produce world-class vehicles at competitive prices. It took 20 years of having their butts kicked in by foreign rivals but they finally got the message: In order to survive in a competitive marketplace you must provide a superior product at a competitive price or you're not going to be around for long.
