I was under the impression that NOTAMs must be error free. Somebody relied on SPELCHEK instead of proof reading: "Parameter" rather than "Perimeter" :B
Besides, its not a NOTAM. They already know where Santa is thanks to NORAD. This is notice is for RV'ers, some who can't spell anyway....
