I've also driven that road and there are many turnouts to let traffic pass. The yellow advisory signs indicating 20-40 mph are posted for the 18 wheeler crowd and not necessarily meant for a car/truck towing a trailer. If you don't feel comfortable towing at a slightly faster speed, I'd recommend taking another route next time.
