I think there is a lot of insurance adjuster wannabees here and have no idea what would be covered and what isn't.
Based on what some are saying, if my vehicle gets hit or stolen in Walmart parking lot then I should be able to go after Walmart to get it fixed. Walmart is responsible for the due care and attention of people on their property.
Oh another thought. Posters must also think if their trailer is stolen at a campground, they can go after the campground and have them reimbursed!!! Yay. Why do we have theft coverage at all? We can all go after everyone else's insurance.
