Looks like the success of Harbor Freights newer inverter gennies are bringing lots of other players into the mix lately, only time will tell if Westinghouse has their Asian manufacturer building these with longevity in mind. As for these gennies running a 15K AC no less a 13.5K AC, we live and RV mostly at high elevations and would like to see someone with extensive use running their AC units above 5K' elevation.
As these smaller brand name gennies start to swarm the market and have good success, taking more market share year by year from Honda and Yamaha, maybe blue and red might actually drop prices a bit to compete. We have had our Champion 3100 remote start for a couple of years and it has been flawless thus far, it already has 200 hours of heavy use and has powered our rig's AC unit at over 8K' elevation.
