I always carry one of those 5 gallon water jugs around with me. Since I also start out with the 30 gallon fresh water tank full I can make it through a 3 day weekend with that amount of water easy!! Last time it was 2 friends that were in there 30's, a kid 11 years old, and and myself. We could have made it on the 25 gallons but the woman wanted to wash here hair and then we had to fill up and dump in the extra 5 gallons.
Most places I camp are near a town and you can find some place to let you fill up your water jug if necessary.
