I agree. My water is provided locally not by piping. That's what I find annoying - that water the beaches are giving away is being diverted from our supply to support the residents in the south, but instead they're handing it out like candy to anyone pulling up with an RV. My bill is not reduced and the RVers aren't paying for the water they take.
