Yep ... that money is called sales dollars to farmers, truckers, and a whole potload of others in the food production/delivery chain. Their profits come out of those sales dollars.
Do residents of CA who have to cut way back on water use for non-farming water see any of this food production/delivery sales revenue? I think not ... of course not counting those who work that chain.
