I had a blowout on way back from a trip. Stopped in a small town coming back from Colorado, I think it was Dalhart, Texas. Pulled into a major tire store, salesman came out as I was pulling in, looked at my and said, " I'm seeing more & more RV trailers coming in with under rated tires from the factory". We bought another one to have as a spare to get us home. A few days later after I had returned home I went outside and was looking at these tires. A couple looked a little funny. So I pulled them off, stood them side by side and 1 was 2 inched taller then the other, same brand, "Goodyear ST Radial". So started looking around for replacement tires. I just happened to stop in at Discount Tires to ask some questions about replacing my 15", load rated "D" tires to load rated "E" tires. He showed my a tire made by I think was "Greenball", tire made in Canada. They were rated for more PSI then the rims where rated for, so we just aired up-em to 65 PSI. I never had any more tire problems in all the years we owned that trailer.
Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
