Seems to me contacting Oreion directly with questions about Recreational Towing would be the first step.
Their website is a masterpiece of little information. I am certainly not impressed.
The vehicle, however, is interesting. The MSRP could make me lose interest very quickly though. The website has no indication (that I could find) as to what the MSRP might be.
