Any experience with West RV in Livingston, Texas?

I'm 95% sure I'll be installing (or having installed) Roadmaster tow bar and base plate on our Nissan Versa. I've looked through the installation instructions at Roadmaster and while it seems fairly straight forwarded, I see where someone who is unfamiliar could spend twice the time of installation figuring all of it out. I haven't ruled out a "self installation" but would like to be able to create a short list of installers. West RV of Livingston is on my short list. So is Discount Hitch and Truck in Rosenberg, Texas. Would appreciate comments if you have experience with either. Also any recommendations for East Texas or Louisiana. THANKS!
