Any good ideas what to do with old propane bottle?

The camper next to you with the loud music and the ST tires needs your old propane bottle tied to his rear bumper the night before he leaves the campground. Ha ha...Not really. MitchF150 has the best idea, exchange the old tank for a newer one with at least a little LPG in it.
