We have worked three summers for KOA. We would go back to another KOA given the right situation. Every one is different. Some deals are great, some are not right for us. If you communicate clearly up front, and have realistic expectations it can work for you and for the campground. Don't be afraid to ask questions and ask if the deal is a flexible one. We have been happy in every situation, but we have also learned along the way what we want, and what we don't. If the campground isn't willing/able to give us what we need, we look elsewhere. But once we commit, we stay the course. We have watched others leave early and leave the campground in a bind, causing us to have to work more than we agreed upon.
