We winter in our little piece of tropical paradise in the Florida Keys and normally head back to our sticks and bricks place right around now. Our TT is permanent here.
It takes us two or three nights to get home, and stay in motels on the way, but me with two blood clots in each lung and at 84 years old want no part of a motel.
We are torn between trying to sleep in the truck and trying to make it or just stay here till the situation changes.
Any one in this same situation and what are your plans ?

Guy, You do have a bit of a dilemma! With your health concerns, you have to be extremely cautious. Personally, I’d avoid the motels and consider air travel....with someone picking you up at the airport.
For us our only fear of travel, was getting stuck away from home. We are blessed with good health.....but we’re very concerned (apparently correctly so) about leaving home.
This fear/crisis/pandemic cost us our annual trip (March/April) to visit family 1600+ miles away. We delayed/postponed our trip because of travel fears, and are glad we did. We feared shutdowns/ no travel orders etc. and would rather be home than stuck on the road somewhere! We’ve not left our home sine March 18th, didn’t need to! We couldn’t have done that living in our 5er! We have plenty of provisions here.....unlike being at the mercy of a panicked public while on the road! This is one of the primary reasons we don’t “full time”.....I need a “home base”!
For all of you folks stuck out there, I hope that these problems rapidly disappear, and you can resume a “somewhat” normal lifestyle! As for us.......getting a lot of much needed home projects completed/started! memtb
