Anybody flush their black tank with a hose onto the ground?

This is one of those times my grandma would say....it is none of your business so don't stress yourself.

If people want to put themselves at risk for disease then you can't do anything about it. If it happens again, and it bothers you, (maybe some people just don't know) you could offer to lend them some gloves.
