That's not normal, sure not healthy...in flip flops no less...if she'd rinsed off her feet and washed her hands then I'd just wonder what kind of cgs they frequent...but now I just think she's strange, really...and I'm sorry, even if she rinsed the concrete, that brown water is still all over the ground...ewww!!!
