Anybody flush their black tank with a hose onto the ground?

OP here. I am in no way defending them, I thought it was rude and disgusting.
BUT if you are healthy, assuming no open cuts, exposure to small amounts won't hurt you. You are exposed to small amounts of bad germs everyday. Your immune system can handle it. So I didn't freak out. I DID sprinkle bleach around and on the hose before using it.

What hit me was the thought; is THIS acceptable? Do others do this?
