Then of course the are sewer plants in every town and people work in and around them every day. Among many other things,I was responsible for a sewer plant for a day time population of about 20,000. The sewer plant superitendent favorite saying was it might be "****" to some but it's "my bread and butter" The whole subject/ process is a very natural one that is worked and addressed daily and yes proper precautions and procedures need to be followed. Many people in this world would be surprised and probably shocked to see what lots of people do on a daily basis.
