Why is it so hard to answer a simple question?
The OP simply wanted to know whether he could use regular anti-freeze or not. I am sure he is aware of the environmental hazards etc and was not looking for a lecture. He was not asking which was cheaper or better, just whether he could use something he already had on hand.
I am surprised that someone didn't pipe up with the tired old "do a search". Sorry for the rant but if someone asks for the time, don't tell them how to build a watch.
