I would never consider a review valid from someone that never stayed in the CG. This CG is privately owned and operated and they make their own rules. If they said "no children allowed" I'd move on....I wouldn't consider it discrimination, I'd considerate it their business practice that doesn't deserve my business.
I think something like "I didn't stay there because they have and enforce a 10 year old rule" would be helpful for people looking for a campground in the area, especially seeing that there is a choice of campgrounds in that particular city. If they had that information of their website, it would be different.
