She also said "we have a lot of rules." and something like "too many to post to the website." I think not posting that on the web allows them to make up a rule on the spot to turn away people they dont want for whatever reason.
BTW, it also says "Accepts Big Rigs, Heater Not Allowed" so what does the heater thing mean?
