We do!!! But some people don't go to the websites. Some phone, some just pop in. Websites aren't the only way (or even the predominate way) people find parks. They also use directories, GPS, calling directory assistance, calling the local Chamber of Commerce, Road signs, stumble by etc. It is unfortunate, but no business can assure the public they will serve everyone, no matter what.
