Anyone been turned away from campground for older rig?

When I first started out full time RVing I was turned away from Oak Forest RV Park in east Austin because my 1994 RV was too old. They never actually looked at my RV, at the time I lived close by and had stopped by in my car (a Dodge Caravan) to make arrangements. I've since traveled and stayed in AZ, CA, OR, WA and other areas in TX and have never been turned away. I guess the people who run Oak Forest RV Park are just "Special".
