Plus, in PA State Parks- it's illegal to cut down live growth. Not sure why a private park would be different.

First off, it's not "pruning trees" for my enjoyment, I pay to rent a spot that supposed to accommodate a tt. If I can't fit my giant 17' hybrid and pull the awning out, you have failed as an owner.
Would it not be batter to check out the site you intend to occupy beforehand? Its not that difficult and may save you from a lawsuit or jail time, or both.
If one cannot use some common sense they have failed as an RV owner.
