I will just guess most campground sites are backed into many times before you got there and chances are there were RV’s just as long and just as high as yours… it is unlikely that the tree growth is such that would be a problem in very many sites or very often…
The most likely reason for the problem is people are trying to stuff 2 pounds of baloney in a one pound bag… they do it just to get in because most sites are limited in size and were built before 40 foot 5er’s with 4 slides were… I don’t know how many times I have read when people not only lie about the size of their RV but advocate for others to do the same thing…
I mean really I have had to deal with a low branch before but mostly because I wanted to back a little deeper into the site to give more room in the front and on the awning side… not because I had to just to back in…
But its definitely more fun and much easier to blame the CG or the CG owner… much harder to except the I am unable to back into a site that has been backed into many time before without clearing a new entrance to the site…
