Paint probably won't adhere to the cabinets very well, since they are mostly vinyl covered wood. The cabinet doors have been solid wood for quite a few years in AF campers though.
The appliances are really easy to replace. I installed a new range in my AF 992 as shown here
A/C is easy to replace too.
But I have to ask how on earth the ceiling and A/C unit got so nasty looking. The A/C control panels is just gross.
