I am not obsessed with grand kids but I have a sister-inlaw that is. I know at times my niece wishes she would back off a little and let her raise her on kids and now with a great grand child it is worse. I can't imagine how my great nephew feels with constant butting in by his grandmother.
Grand parents are great to have around in moderation.
